Shannon Mercer: Shannon had the time of her life in London when she performed Monty Python genius Eric Idle’s highly popular Not the Messiah at London’s famed Royal Albert Hall. Check out a clip on YouTube. And look for her new CD of works by Francesca Caccini to be released in February 2010.
Richard Margison: Richard received Lifetime Achievement Awards from both the The Giulio Gari Foundation and The Licia Albanese-Puccini Foundation in New York. The New Year sees two major debuts: title role in Tristan und Isolde in Barcelona and Walther von Stolzing in a major new production of Die Meistersinger conducted by James Levine for the Cincinnati Opera.
Mari Kodama: Mari's latest recording Beethoven: Piano Concertos Nos. 1 & 2 (Analekta) with the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin conducted by Kent Nagano is available in stores. Look for her next recording in her Beethoven collection due out in Spring 2010!
